| Bicknell Police Arrest Texas Man Following Disturbance Bicknell Police arrested a Kaufman, Texas man last night following a disturbance on Mary Street. Officers found 33 year-old Craig Lisac allegedly intoxicated. Bicknell Police also claim Lisac refused to identify himself for police. Lisac was booked into the Knox County Jail on three-thousand dollars bond.
